YOUR OPPORTUNITY: PERSONAL BANKER

We’re looking for a motivated, service-oriented professional who brings strong values, a solid work ethic, and a passion for helping others succeed. As a Personal Banker, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalized financial solutions while building lasting relationships with customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build Relationships & Make an Impact

• Connect with customers to understand their financial goals through meaningful conversations and proactive outreach
• Provide tailored banking solutions—including loans, credit cards, and investment options
• Deliver exceptional service by resolving issues quickly and ensuring every interaction is accurate and positive

Grow the Business

• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and attract new customers
• Partner with Mortgage, Commercial, and Wealth Management teams to provide comprehensive solutions
• Contribute to team success by achieving and exceeding performance goals

Be a Trusted Financial Resource

• Stay current on our full suite of banking products and services
• Process and underwrite retail loan applications while ensuring compliance with policies
• Make sound lending decisions aligned with Consumer Lending Policy and your authority level

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a combination of experience, drive, and a commitment to excellence:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of banking, lending, or underwriting experience
• A strong customer-first mindset, with experience in service and business development
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort working across multiple systems and tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• The ability to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt as needs evolve
• A collaborative spirit with a desire to contribute to team success
• A professional, respectful approach that reflects our values
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• The initiative to take direction and see projects through to completion independently
