What We're Looking For:

  • 3 5 years of land use and environmental law experience
  • Extensive experience with CEQA and California land use matters
  • Strong knowledge of planning, zoning, and California land use processes
  • Experience advising clients on land use entitlements and regulatory permitting
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and client service mindset

Why You Should Join:

  • Work on high-profile development and infrastructure projects across California
  • Join a respected Land Use & Environmental team with a strong statewide reputation
  • Gain hands-on experience advising public and private sector clients on sophisticated land use and CEQA matters
  • Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a supportive and team-oriented environment
  • Enjoy meaningful responsibility and direct client exposure early in your career
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility alongside valuable in-office mentorship and collaboration
  • Reasonable billable hour expectations that support professional growth and long-term success
  • Competitive compensation package with annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) with partial match, and profit-sharing opportunities
  • Strong platform for continued career development within a growing and highly active practice group
