About job:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Furniture Delivery Assistants to support daily delivery operations at our San Antonio, TX location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to gain experience in logistics, delivery support, and customer service within a fast-paced transportation environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of furniture to customer locations
* Load, unload, and properly handle furniture and related items
* Help assemble or position furniture at delivery sites as needed
* Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage during transport
* Verify delivery details and assist with obtaining customer confirmations
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* Previous delivery, moving, or warehouse experience is a plus
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Good time-management and organizational abilities
