Guest Experience-
Greet all guests with genuine enthusiasm and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
Conduct personalized wine tastings.
Share detailed information about the winery's history and stories about our unique labels.
Provide thoughtful wine recommendations and respond to guest inquiries.
Ensure each visitor enjoys a memorable and enjoyable tasting experience.

Sales & Service-
Operate the winery's POS system to process orders
Promote and sell wine, wine club memberships
Communicate wine club benefits and encourage sign-ups when appropriate.
Communicate upcoming events when appropriate.

Facility Presentation and Operational Support-
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized tasting room environment.
Restock wines and tidy things during down times.
Participate in upkeep of tasting room areas, including bottle dusting, glass cleaning and polishing, and general cleaning tasks.

Core Competencies & Skills-
Warm professional demeanor with a passion for creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
Able to work with various types of personalities of co-workers and customers alike.
Reliable, on-time and willing to pitch in wherever is needed.
