RN Supervisor (Flexible Schedule / Part-Time)
Compensation: $45.00/Hr.

Position Overview

As the RN Supervisor you will play a key role in assisting in overseeing clinical operations ensuring quality care delivery maintaining compliance standards and supporting both patients and field staff in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership & Compliance

• Assist in overseeing clinical operations to ensure compliance with state regulations company policies and quality standards
• Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives across all care services

Staff Supervision & Development

• Supervise mentor and support field nursing staff in the home health care setting
• Conduct staff orientation and assist with ongoing education and training
• Participate in interviewing and evaluating Registered Nurse applicants

Perform and supervise skilled nursing services including:

• Patient Care & Assessments
• Provide and oversee patient-centered care based on individualized Plans of Care
• IV insertion and infusion therapy injections wound care blood glucose monitoring medication mangement

Client & Family Support

• Communicate with clients and their families to address concerns to ensure high-quality care
• Assist the Director of Nursing with client assessments and reassessments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• IV Certification
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing from a National League of Nursing accredited program
• BLS or ACLS Certification
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical nursing experience
• At least one (1) year of experience in a home health agency primary care clinic or healthcare facility
• Previous home health care experience
• Nursing instructor experience
• Superior IV insertion and infusion skills
