The Resident Advisor (RA) is responsible for providing the delivery of care and services to all youth with absolute respect and unconditional love. The RA must create opportunities for building community amongst young people that is inclusive and affirming, ensuring young people feel welcomed, seen, heard, and valued. The RA is responsible for inspiring and motivating youth by creating an environment that engages youth and gives them a voice and choice. To provide direct, individualized, supportive care to youth who are residents of Rights of Passage (ROP).
