WE’RE HIRING: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (In Office)
(Home 4 You / FW Management – Fort Wayne, IN)
This is NOT an entry-level admin position.
We are looking for a highly organized, high-accountability Transaction Coordinator who can manage multiple real estate deals at once and help push transactions from contract to closing FAST.
This role requires strong communication, urgency, follow-up, and the ability to handle pressure without getting overwhelmed.
If you need constant supervision or struggle in fast-paced environments, this is NOT the role for you.
