Job Description

Salary: $52,000 - 86,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA with leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in Manual Testing including functional, regression, system, and UAT
• Hands-on experience using Selenium for automation testing
• Familiarity with Cucumber and BDD frameworks
• Proficient SQL skills for backend and data validation
• Previous experience in the Banking or Wealth Management sector (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect life cycle, and QA methodologies
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and their integration with testing
• Knowledge in performance or security testing
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and ALM

• Lead and mentor the QA team in testing activities
• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans
• Design and execute test cases for manual and automated testing
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle
• Conduct test reviews and provide feedback on software quality
• Analyze testing results, document defects, and follow up on defect resolution
• Facilitate discussions during retrospectives and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing trends and technologies
