Our client, an entertainment company based in Philadelphia, is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to support their Retail Marketing team. This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with program goals.
This position is ideal for a highly organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborates effectively with creative teams.
Location: Philadelphia (must be able to work onsite several days per week)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning through execution and closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, PR, technical operations, and vendors.
Ensure teams stay aligned on deliverables, deadlines, and project goals.
Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
Track project documentation, including approvals, compliance, and requirements.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams supporting larger marketing programs.
Identify risks and implement contingency plans and solutions as project needs evolve.
Required Qualifications:
Experience supporting retail marketing, print, and OOH campaigns.
Background in marketing or creative project management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
