Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• We need deep expertise in the latest PeopleSoft release, particularly the Benefits module.
• We seek practical experience with Integration Broker and web services.
• We value a strong background in unit, system, and integration testing.
• We expect excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• We require proven development experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and SQL.
• We prefer experience supporting Open Enrollment processing, intercompany integrations, and multi-job employee functionality.

• We design, build, and maintain technical solutions within PeopleSoft HCM, with primary emphasis on Benefits.
• We develop and tailor PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQRs, Integration Broker processes, and Component Interfaces.
• We lead unit, system, and integration testing for enhancements and system modifications.
• We create and sustain interfaces and integrations with external systems such as benefits vendors and payroll platforms.
• We investigate and resolve production incidents to keep the system stable and performing well.
• We collaborate with functional HR and Benefits teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• We support upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement efforts.
• We document technical designs, integration logic, and test outcomes.
• We enhance functionality related to Open Enrollment, intercompany processing, and multi-job employee setups.
