Job Description

Lamark Media (“Lamark”) is an integrated digital marketing firm driven by a simple philosophy: create extraordinary marketing campaigns that yield positive, measurable results for their clients and strategic partners. Lamark’s methodology is to create a custom omni-channel strategy that leverages digital marketing assets like a portfolio which can be measured, optimized, and scaled for long-term success.

The company was founded in 2009 with the vision of developing a full-service platform that provides a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services in-house with an agnostic approach to driving growth.

Our mission is to create more value for others. Our core values inspire us to over-deliver on expectations and to create more success for the partners we serve.

Join our team of smart, passionate, collaborative, results-driven do-ers. We work hard every day to deliver remarkable experiences to our clients, and ultimately, their customers.

PAID SEARCH MANAGER

We are seeking a hands-on Paid Search Manager to actively manage and improve client performance and outcomes. This role blends platform execution, strategic thinking, and team leadership. You will be responsible not only for what gets done, but how and why.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys agency work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is confident in their decision making.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Hands-on execution building and optimizing paid search campaigns
  • Strategy, analysis, and performance reporting
  • Leadership, collaboration, and internal initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help lead day-to-day workflow and priorities for a team of paid search specialists
  • Actively manage and optimize paid search campaigns across accounts
  • Review campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting for quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment
  • Translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable execution plans
  • Drive testing initiatives and ensure insights are documented and applied
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners and client-facing teams
  • Collaborate with Associate Directors on resourcing, role development, and process improvements
  • Contribute to internal tools, automation efforts, and evolving best practices.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Consistently high-quality, on-time deliverables across accounts
  • Measurable performance improvements driven by testing and iteration
  • Clear execution plans aligned with Client Services goals
  • A team that feels supported, challenged, and confident in their work
  • Positive feedback from peers, cross-functional partners, and leadership

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with strong paid search expertise
  • Confidence working directly in-platform and making optimization decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort using performance data to guide action (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, and analytics teams
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort presenting performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to evaluate campaign performance using KPIs such as ROI, conversions, reach, and engagement

TRAITS THAT THRIVE AT LAMARK

  • Initiative-takers who put thoughts into action
  • Confident practitioners who trust their judgment and can defend their recommendations
  • Analytically-minded people who find answers, propose solutions, and move work forward
  • People comfortable operating with both structure and flexibility
  • Team members who value accountability and direct communication

This role may not be a fit for someone seeking highly prescriptive step-by-step SOPs or a narrow, repetitive scope. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and momentum through action.

PERKS AND BENEFITS

  • Growth driven by impact and readiness
  • Direct access to agency leadership
  • Opportunities to shape how our Paid Search offering evolves
  • Competitive agency benefits package including medical, life, vision, dental, and disability coverage
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Collaborative, transparent culture balancing freedom with responsibility
  • Predictable business-hours work environment with occasional urgent needs
  • Company events and industry conferences

We take hiring seriously and value thoughtful alignment on both sides. Our interview process may include phone or video interviews, written exercises, and on-site conversations.

If you are excited by agency work, confident in your skills, and motivated to lead while still doing the work, we encourage you to apply.
