Packaging Room Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm )

• Perform packaging operations and required quality inspections
• Inspect raw materials and maintain packaging supply stock
• Keep work area clean, safe, and free of defective or damaged product
• Report quality, material, or efficiency issues to QC or shift leader
• Assist with training, changeovers, and other duties as assigned

Packaging Room Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging environment
• Basic knowledge of quality, safety, and production standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as required
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
