Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345
Duration: 8 Months
Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an early-career Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with operators, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

This role is well-suited for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience, including internship, co-op, or hands-on manufacturing exposure.

• Support daily manufacturing operations on the production floor.
• Spend approximately 60% of the time on the manufacturing floor in a gowned/cleanroom environment.
• Troubleshoot production, process, and equipment-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and production continuity.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and respond quickly to production needs.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support a dynamic production environment while maintaining ownership and accountability.
