Job Description

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Electronics, Automation, International Trade, or related STEM fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in international market expansion of industrial products (preferably power supplies, new energy, or power electronic equipment).
  3. Solid foundation in electronic technology, with the ability to quickly grasp product technical principles and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Candidates with an electronics background are preferred.
  4. Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use English as a working language.
  5. Strong communication, business negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  6. Proactive, able to work under pressure, and willing to undertake necessary overseas business trips. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for developing the company’s overseas regional markets and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  2. Proactively identify and develop potential customers through various channels, including the company’s sales platforms and industry exhibitions.
  3. Independently handle overseas customer inquiries, conduct technical solution discussions, provide quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal R&D and production departments to offer professional pre-sales and during-sales technical support to clients.
  5. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to provide decision-making support for the company’s product strategy and market positioning.
  6. Participate in overseas industry exhibitions and client visits to enhance the company’s brand visibility in the international market.
