HR Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.75 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 12:00am )

• Assist with recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately
• Support onboarding by preparing documents and coordinating new hire orientation
• Help track attendance, leave, and basic payroll information
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR administrative support

HR Assistant Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and practices, with familiarity in distribution center operations and roles.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as payroll/timekeeping systems such as Lawson and KRONOS.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in task execution and recordkeeping.
