Join a compassionate care team as a Hospice Registered Nurse supporting patients in Kansas City and surrounding areas. You will collaborate closely with the care team to deliver outstanding patient care while meeting critical charting deadlines.
Manage and deliver patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members
Provide patient support in the Kansas City area
Ensure timely and accurate completion of charting and documentation
Full-time hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating on-call nights, weekends, and 2 holidays per year
