Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Financial Consultant to support banking and financial services finance transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and solution-shaping capabilities.

Required Qualifications
· Big 4 consulting background (Manager or strong Senior Consultant ready for Manager).
· Proven experience in banking or financial services finance transformation .
· Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
· Exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.
· Hands-on experience with:
o Stakeholder discovery
o Target-state design
o Roadmap and value case development
· Ability to work closely with senior leaders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
