Financial Analyst | Dublin, CA (Onsite) The Impact You Will Make:
- Business Partnering: Prepare monthly financial statements, month end close, forecasts, and variance analyses for site management.
- Performance Management: Lead the annual budgeting process and manage KPI dashboards to identify trends and risks.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor inventory efficiency and collaborate with Supply Chain teams to optimize utilization.
- Process Innovation: Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive automation to streamline reporting and cost avoidance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Required proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with production processes and shop floor operations.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear messages for stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Lead Financial Reporting & Business Partnering
o Prepare and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and operations reports to Top
Management.
o Conduct cost and variance analyses and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
o Ensure financial accuracy through journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with reporting standards.
o Drive automation to simplify processes and streamline reporting with central Operations
Finance and local partners.
o Partner with Operations to implement costavoidance and productivity measures.
Drive Budgeting & Performance Management
o Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process across all Operations departments.
o Support KPI dashboards, scorecards, and datadriven performance discussions.
o Leverage analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Optimize Inventory & Strengthen Operational Excellence
o Monitor inventory levels, turnover, and stock efficiency.
o Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to improve inventory utilization.
o Share insights and global best practices across our manufacturing network.
o Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend datadriven improvements.
