Forklift Operator

Location: Middletown, PA

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role involves operating powered industrial equipment to move, load, and store product while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move product throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Pick, stage, and put away inventory using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Transport materials to designated storage or shipping areas
• Verify product counts and ensure accuracy of shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and site procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and volume targets

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required (reach truck/high-reach preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow direction
• RF scanner or WMS experience is a plus
