We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting project managers and teams by organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project meetings and team communications.
  • Track project progress and update project timelines and documentation accordingly.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, summaries, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Maintain organized project files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Qualifications



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
