for our Headquarters Office on the East side of Green Bay
Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the facility in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, lobby, reception area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, and entrance doors.
• Mop hallways and break rooms, including the Mason Office.
• Remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the facility.
• Vacuum main aisles, entrance carpets, and warehouse office rugs.
• Vacuum cubicles and offices during dusting rotation (½ building each week).

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Clean lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators.
• Sweep stairs bi-weekly.

Additional Duties:

• Stock restrooms with paper products as needed.
• Notify maintenance of any repairs needed.
• Launder cleaning cloths and linens.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
GED or High school education, six months related experience and/or training.
