SABG is seeking a Counter-Space Intelligence Analysis and Trainer to support the Missile Warning and Tracking (MWT) Operations Support II program. This role combines intelligence analysis, curriculum development, and direct instruction to train Mission Delta 4 intelligence personnel. You will develop and deliver intelligence courses, produce threat academics, support Combat Training (CT) and Crew Readiness Verification (CRV) exercises, and ensure crews are fully prepared to operate in contested, degraded, and operationally limited environments. Your work directly strengthens the U.S. Space Force’s ability to maintain space superiority and provide timely, accurate missile warning intelligence.

Travel: OCONUS Travel: 1-2 trips per year anticipated; CONUS Travel: 3-4 trips per year anticipated (including 2-3 trips to Beale AFB and Cape Cod SFS for instructor development courses)

This position is contingent upon contract award.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

• Instruct Mission Delta 4 intelligence courses, including the Mission Delta 4 Intelligence Course (MD4IC), and support the Missile Warning and Tracking Intelligence Technician (MWTIT) certification program for intelligence professionals.
• Develop and update lesson plans, instructional media, knowledge assessments, training scenarios, and study guides for intelligence courses, ensuring all content remains current with emerging threats and intelligence methodologies.
• Prepare and deliver threat academics and intelligence briefings that incorporate real-world adversary tactics, techniques, and capabilities to support Combat Training (CT) and Crew Readiness Verification (CRV) events.
• Provide live intelligence analysis and serve in “white cell” roles during CRV execution, simulating adversary actions and scenario injects to drive realistic crew decision-making.
• Create intelligence products and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) that support scenario development, threat assessments, and exercise planning for Mission Delta 4.
• Develop and instruct intelligence-related training on key missile warning and tracking weapon systems, including:
• • Space-Based Infrared System (SBIRS) Block 20, a global infrared satellite constellation supporting missile warning.
  • Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR), a modernized ground radar system supporting missile detection and tracking.
  • Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS), a forward-deployed system that receives and processes infrared satellite data for theater missile warning.
  • OPIR Battlespace Awareness Center (OBAC) and SBIRS Survivable Endurable Evolution (S2E2), which support OPIR data processing and survivable missile warning capabilities.
• Support the instructor/evaluator development program by training new intelligence instructors and evaluators, providing structured feedback, assessments, and course performance documentation.
• Conduct reviews and updates of intelligence course materials before each MD4IC, MWTIT, and instructor/evaluator session to ensure alignment with current Master Task Lists (MTLs) and Consolidated Task Lists (CTLs).
• Assist in developing and presenting Mission Delta 4’s weekly intelligence briefings, summarizing relevant space threat activity, adversary behavior, and implications for missile warning operations.
• Maintain strict adherence to U.S. Space Force training regulations, Ready Spacecrew Program guidance, and evaluation standards, ensuring proper documentation of training events, feedback, and intelligence product distribution.
• Collaborate with Mission Delta 4 leadership, instructors, and operational units to align intelligence training with mission requirements, operational timelines, and force presentation cycles.
• This position requires unescorted access to SCIFs and restricted areas at Buckley SFB (Buildings 447, 442, 430, Restricted Area) and Beale AFB (Restricted Area). Access will be granted in accordance with DD Form 254 requirements.

SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Strategic Studies, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing curriculum and delivering instruction, preferably in intelligence, threat analysis, or technical subject areas.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in counter-space intelligence analysis, including analysis of adversary space capabilities, threat systems, or space order of battle.

• Demonstrated experience applying Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes to build and deliver structured intelligence training programs.

• Familiarity with multiple Mission Delta 4 operational systems such as SBIRS, UEWR, JTAGS, OBAC, or related missile warning systems.

• Strong understanding of U.S. Space Force training regulations, evaluation processes, and official training documentation requirements.

• Excellent communication and briefing skills, with the ability to clearly present complex intelligence content to mixed-experience audiences.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Prior operational or intelligence support experience within Mission Delta 4, USSPACECOM, or similar space operations organizations.

• Completion of advanced intelligence or space operations training (e.g., USAF Intelligence Officer courses, Space Operations Officer training, OPIR-related certifications).

• Experience briefing senior leaders, commanders, or operational decision-makers on space intelligence, threat assessments, or recommendations.

COMPUTER SKILLS + TOOLS/TECHNOLOGIES:

• Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
• Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Intelligence research and analysis systems (e.g., JWICS, MIDB, and other intelligence community tools)
• U.S. Space Force training documentation systems
