Job Title: Contract Corporate Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our client to support and strengthen clinical hiring efforts across healthcare teams. This role focuses on sourcing and guiding candidates through the recruitment process for key clinical positions while partnering closely with talent acquisition leadership. The recruiter will play a hands on role in identifying qualified talent, improving recruiting workflows, and supporting data driven hiring decisions. This is a contract opportunity based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Corporate Recruiter:
• Manage end to end recruiting efforts for clinical healthcare roles, including nurses, medical assistants, and medical technologists
• Proactively source and engage candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, balancing outbound outreach with applicant flow
• Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership to move candidates through the selection process through offer ready stage
• Utilize Workday and other recruiting technology to track activity, maintain compliance, and deliver recruiting metrics and reports
• Support recruitment initiatives, events, and community outreach efforts that promote healthcare career opportunities
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Corporate Recruiter:
• Three or more years of recruiting experience in agency or in house environments with a strong focus on delivery and results
• Demonstrated strength in candidate sourcing and comfort learning and using applicant tracking and recruiting systems
• Experience with healthcare or hospital recruiting environments is beneficial but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with equivalent experience also considered
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
