Pay Rate/Range: $20/hr + DOE
Description: Administrative Assistant, working in the Human Resources department. Will maintain privacy of confidential records, correspondence and files. Corrdinate employee 90-day, 6-month and annual reviews. Will assist with processing applications and performing reference checking, process garnishment paperwork, assist with benefits enrollment and assist with entering accounts payable invoices. General clerical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two year relevant experience, excellent communication skills and be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Flexible schedule, working 30 hours per week. Must be able to start at 8:00am or 8:30am and work three or four days per week.
